GNAM Week Universitas Indonesia 5th Day
Focus Group Discussion & Presentation
On the final day of GNAM Week 2024 in Indonesia, today’s agenda began with group discussions from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Nakula-Sadewa room for Groups 1-4 and in the Rama-Srikandi room for Groups 5-8. The participants discussed how to respond to queries and prepare presentations while sitting in their groups. After lunch, the event resumed, and the group presentations started at 1:00 p.m. Groups 1-4 were assessed by Ms. Yeshika Alversia, M.Sc., and Dr. Jonathan Marpaung, while Groups 5-8 were assessed by Dr. Triza Mudita and Dr. Arviansyah.

The event at Nakula-Sadewa commenced under the guidance of Dr. Jonathan, with the presentation order for the groups arranged in reverse. Following this order, the groups presented in the following sequence: Group 4, Group 3, Group 2, and finally, Group 1. Each group was allocated approximately 15 minutes for their presentations, followed by questions and comments from the judges. The event proceeded smoothly, with all groups showcasing their unique ideas in response to the overarching question posed by the GN Week 2023 assignment.
The group presentations then began in Rama-Srikandi, directed by Dr. Arviansyah. The presentation groups were chosen at random, starting with Group 8, followed by Group 6, Group 5, and finally Group 7. Each group had roughly 15 minutes to present their findings, followed by a 10-minute Q&A session.

The winner of the best group was Group 3, followed by Group 2 in second place and Groups 2 and 6 in third place. Additionally, there was an announcement regarding the “Most Engaging Participant” and “Most Contributing Participant,” recognizing the eight individuals who had been the most active throughout the week-long GN Week event. The Most Engaging Participants were awarded to Anggelina Purnama (Universitas Indonesia), Putri Suli (Universitas Indonesia), Vikash Malavath (IIMB India), and Gowtham Kumar (IIMB India), while the Most Contributing Participants were awarded to Frischa Melyanthy (University of Oxford), Herman Sibuea (Universitas Indonesia), Khrisna Triharyo (Universitas Indonesia), and Domino Joanna (Asian Institute of Management, Philippines).
