What is Mentoring Program?

The mentoring program is an invaluable opportunity for regular morning-class students with no work experience to engage in a transformative journey. It is an informal yet structured relationship between a group of students and their assigned mentors, whose primary role is to share knowledge, offer guidance, and help mentees expand their knowledge, skills, and experiences over two semesters. This program is founded on mutual respect and understanding principles, fostering an enriching learning journey at MM FEB UI.

Self Development

The main aim of the mentoring program is to introduce students to real-world work situations, allowing them to bridge the gap between theory and practice. By connecting our students with inspiring figures from professional backgrounds, successful entrepreneurs, and community leaders, the program seeks to build strong networks and meaningful relationships for the young and potential generation. The mentors, often top-level executives from highly reputable companies or seasoned entrepreneurs, bring a wealth of experience and competence to the table, making the learning experience both insightful and practical.

Experience

Each group of students, consisting of around ten individuals, will have the privilege of regular interactions with their respective mentors. These interactions will involve undertaking specific tasks thoughtfully assigned by the mentors. They will take place within a predetermined number of meetings. Through these personalized engagements, students will gain hands-on experience and insights into the workings of the real world. To cap off the mentoring program, students will prepare individual mentoring reports showcasing their growth and experiences throughout the program. These reports will be presented to both their mentors and representatives of our school, ensuring a valuable exchange of ideas and feedback.

Empower

The mentoring program is a transformative journey that allows morning-class students to expand their horizons, connect with remarkable mentors, and build essential skills for their future endeavors. By fostering these connections and experiences, we aim to empower our students to thrive in their academic and professional pursuits.
